Unino Coffee was established in February 2018, becoming one of the local coffee shops that focuses on the specialty coffee industry by choosing Indonesian coffee beans as the main raw material for all coffee menus. Our commitment to introduce Indonesian coffee that has a unique diversity of aromas, flavors and complexities from every region in Indonesia, besides this we are participating in helping local coffee producers in presenting their coffee products and helping to improve the prosperity of Indonesian coffee farmers.

Sanjita
Sanjita is the perfect single origin blend process of Indonesian archipelago coffee consisting of Fine Robusta and Arabica Full Washed & Honey Process.
The best coffee beans are roasted by Tri Adi Saputro with a ratio of 30% arabica & 70% robusta, so as to produce espresso with high level caffeine, Chocolate flavour and, thick crema.
We chose this mixture for all sweeter coffee drinks to provide a strong and consistent taste.
With espresso blend that has these characters, it makes our signature drink "Heaven" has a taste that you won't find anywhere else.
